Shipping and Returns Policy
At Cafe Britt we provide high quality gourmet food and beverage products, including coffee beans and hot cocoa. In the unlikely event that you wish to return any product that you have purchased from Cafe Britt, we have set out a standard return policy. As a valued customer, please be aware of the terms and conditions of this policy which comply with the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Standard Return Policy
Cafe Britt products may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit where the product is faulty or incorrectly described and where you can produce a valid receipt as proof of purchase. For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. You will be required to send returned products via Australia post to Cafe Britt Australia with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Any cost incurred for postage must be borne by you. Any returns lost in transit will void the return, so registered post is recommended.
All Cafe Britt products are covered by postal insurance. If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit or items are missing from your order you are entitled to make a claim for an exchange. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of the delivery of goods. Claims can be made by emailing email@example.com with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. You will be required to return damaged goods to Cafe Britt. Any cost incurred for postage must be borne by you.
If you make an incorrect purchase, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a refund, exchange or store credit for incorrect purchase, change of mind or for any other foreseeable error on your behalf. So please choose carefully! Cafe Britt Australia is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods bought from us.
To ensure prompt delivery of online sales, Cafe Britt Australia utilise Australia Post for nationwide dispatch. Cafe Britt Australia will endeavour to meet a two business day dispatch time for all orders. Delivery time is then expected between 2 and 4 business days. Delivery time is an indication only and various factors out of Cafe Britt Australia’s control may influence them. Cafe Britt Australia will not be held responsible for late delivery of any order where any external factor causes delay.
